Juliet was born on March 3, 1986. She is a citizen of Ghana by birth. Nevertheless, she is a mixed-race woman, and her parents are of different nationalities. Her mother is of Ghanaian-Liberian ancestry, while her father is of Lebanese descent.

She has frequently encountered issues in Africa and the rest of the world because of her background. Due to her skin tone, she has been referred to as a half-cast and criticized for not being "black enough" in Africa.

She is, however, solely recognized as a black woman in the rest of the world. The Ghanaian actress, for her part, is proud of being black and does not regard herself as a half-caste.

There were four siblings, with Juliet Ibrahim being the oldest. She has said that being up in a loving home made it simple for her. However, it was also difficult, primarily because of the difficult areas she resided in.

Surviving three civil conflicts in Liberia, Lebanon, and Cote d'Ivoire was one of her most challenging experiences. Her family was forced to move due to the conflicts, which separated her from her friends and her memories.

Juliet has lived abroad a total of four times. She traveled to Lebanon to finish her basic education after spending some of her early years there. She earned her West African Senior School Certificate after her family relocated to Cote d'Ivoire.

Juliet relocated to Ghana after completing her secondary education and enrolled at the Ghana Institute of Languages. She took a foreign language course here, learning French, Spanish, and English. Later, she enrolled in the Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations program at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.

Juliet was a drama club member at her secondary school and had a passion for the arts from an early age. She participated in theatrical productions and other performing arts, which would be useful later in her acting career.
